Planning for Art Deco Garages

We’re pleased to announce that planning approval has been secured for our Art Deco Garages project.

This unique, Art Deco-inspired house will have its accompanying outbuildings thoughtfully transformed to offer greater functionality and harmonise with the surrounding landscape.

Our approved design rationalises and consolidates the outbuildings, bringing them closer to the main house in orientation and appearance. We’re proposing two new structures, reducing the overall footprint of the outbuildings, which will provide plenty of storage and vehicle space, whilst minimising visual impact given the sensitive Green Belt setting. New planting will replace existing asphalt areas, adding more greenery to the site.

Our design balances modern functionality and architectural sensitivity which respects the character of the place. We’ll be sharing more as work starts on site in the coming months!
